These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wm996 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the wm996 website available at https://wm996.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the wm996 platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on wm996, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. 4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on wm996. Multiple accounts held by the same person, or accounts registered using the same device, IP address, household, or payment method as another existing account, may be treated as duplicate accounts and closed in accordance with Section 10.
5. Own Benefit Only: You must register and play solely on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing others to use your account, is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Registration Requirements

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. wm996 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact wm996 support immediately.

By using the wm996 platform, you agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following general terms of use apply to all registered Players:

• Personal Use: The wm996 platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any commercial exploitation of the platform, its games, or its content is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You agree to maintain up-to-date and accurate account information at all times. Changes to your personal details must be reported to wm996 support promptly.
• Platform Integrity: You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended by wm996.
• Communication Standards: You agree to communicate with wm996 support staff and other platform users in a respectful, lawful, and non-abusive manner. Harassment, threatening behaviour, or offensive communications directed at staff or other players may result in immediate account suspension.
• Technical Access: You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the wm996 platform, its backend systems, databases, servers, or networks.

All financial transactions on wm996 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wm996 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for verifying any fees with their payment service provider.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wm996 currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and others), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Processing Times

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Processed instantly upon successful authorisation.
• Bank Transfer (FPX / DuitNow): Typically 5–10 minutes on business days.
• USDT TRC20: Credited after 1 blockchain confirmation, typically 15–30 minutes.
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ: Credited within 15–30 minutes after cash payment confirmed.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification completion. wm996 targets withdrawal processing within 1–3 hours for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may be processed on the following business day.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits into your wm996 account, subject to availability and method compatibility.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply at the operator's discretion.
• Any bonus funds remaining in your account that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal of real money funds, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• wm996 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request, including for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

wm996 offers a range of promotional bonuses including the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. wm996 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.
2. Each bonus offer specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount. Deposits below the minimum qualifying threshold will not trigger the associated bonus.
3. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of bonus funds or bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
4. The contribution of different game types toward wagering requirements may vary. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wagers placed; live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward specific wagering requirements. Please refer to each promotion's individual terms for contribution percentages.
5. Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically.
6. wm996 reserves the right to withhold, modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or multi-accounting.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

The 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. The maximum bonus amount, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, time limit, and eligible games are specified in the Welcome Bonus promotion terms available on the Platform. This bonus is available once per eligible Player and may not be combined with other welcome offers unless explicitly stated.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses, manipulating wagering requirements, engaging in arbitrage betting in conjunction with bonus funds, or otherwise abusing the promotions system will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed. wm996 defines the determination of bonus abuse at its sole discretion, based on account activity patterns, betting behaviour analysis, and supporting evidence.

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the wm996 platform, including sports betting (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, La Liga, etc.) and casino games (live dealer, slots, table games, fishing games).

• Bet Finality: Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless the platform provides a specific cash-out or edit functionality for that bet type.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per bet type, and per event. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface at the time of wagering.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game fault that results in an incorrect outcome or payout display, wm996 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and refund the stake to the Player's account. Payouts resulting from an obvious error, software bug, or incorrectly displayed odds are not binding and may be reversed.
• Game Rules: Each casino game offered on wm996 has its own set of game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result declared by the relevant sporting body or league. Settlements are made based on the result at the end of regular time unless the specific bet type provides otherwise (e.g., including extra time). wm996's settlement decisions are final.
• Integrity: wm996 reserves the right to void bets where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation of the underlying sporting event.

9.1 Responsible Gambling Tools

The following tools are available to all registered wm996 Players at any time via your account settings or by contacting support:

• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you may lose over a defined period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wm996 platform. Violation of any prohibition listed in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and bonuses, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, family member, or associate.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods or financial instruments.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using a false identity, impersonating another person, or providing falsified KYC documentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wm996, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the wm996 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities.

wm996's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wm996 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wm996 takes reasonable technical measures to ensure platform availability and security but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

wm996 shall not be liable for any service interruption or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider technical failures, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions.

All content on the wm996 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, trade marks, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of wm996 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the wm996 platform without prior written consent from wm996.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted to wm996 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

wm996 collects and processes personal data including registration details, KYC documentation, transaction records, and gameplay history for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gambling enforcement. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your continued use of the wm996 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wm996 holds its international gaming licence. Players accept that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact wm996 support to attempt an informal resolution. wm996 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 15 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits the rights of any Player to seek emergency injunctive relief or to rely on mandatory consumer protection provisions that cannot be excluded by contract under the laws of their country of residence.
